Gilbert Chocolates

Gilbert Chocolates was founded in Jackson in 1900 by John O Gilbert. Now, 116 years later we continue the tradition of making fine gourmet chocolates. There are over 100 items in the Gilbert Chocolates line and include both regular and sugar-free products.
